The Merino Mink Mt Cook gilet features subtle two-tone panels down the side of the body which is both incredibly flattering and very easy to wear. This gilet is exceptionally useful, both when worn as a layer and also great when worn alone. Beautifully crafted by Merino Mink, this timeless gilet will give real comfort and warmth due to the unique blend of possum fur, merino wool and mulberry silk. With supreme durability and being low bobble this gilet will look as good as new after much wear and is also amazingly light. Made in New Zealand from 40% Possum, 50% Merino Lambswool and 10% Mulberry Silk.

Care Guide

Always use a Wool-mark approved detergent. Hand wash and rinse thoroughly, firstly in lukewarm water and then, in cold water. Irrespective of the method of cleaning, it is highly recommended that the sweater be laundered inside out as this will help protect the outer surface. Although Merino Mink sweaters are manufactured to a very high colourfastness, it is recommended that dark or brightly coloured shades are not washed with paler or white shades to minimise the risk of colour bleeding or fading. To avoid the possibility of colour transfer after washing, never leave wet garments stacked up upon one another for any length of time. When hand washing, it is best to wash the garments individually and to avoid any shrinkage or distortion, avoid excessive agitation.
