The Merino Mink Mt Cook gilet features subtle two-tone panels down the side of the body which is both incredibly flattering and very easy to wear. This gilet is exceptionally useful, both when worn as a layer and also great when worn alone. Beautifully crafted by Merino Mink, this timeless gilet will give real comfort and warmth due to the unique blend of possum fur, merino wool and mulberry silk. With supreme durability and being low bobble this gilet will look as good as new after much wear and is also amazingly light. Made in New Zealand from 40% Possum, 50% Merino Lambswool and 10% Mulberry Silk.

Care Guide

Hand-wash only. We never recommended machine washing despite it being included on the garment care label. Luke warm water for washing. After rinsing wrap in a towel and use medium spin in the washing machine to remove the excess water. Unwrap the towel and lay the garment on a flat or flattish rack and it will dry very quickly.

The 100% natural fibres of the Possum Merino resist odour so require less washing, making it easier on you and the environment. Recycle, upcycle or compost at end of life.
